By using our services, you consent to this processing as necessary for service delivery. Data may also be processed by third-party applications (e.g., CRMs like Salesforce or Pipedrive, communication tools like WhatsApp) to enable integrations and automation workflows, as part of the service functionality. Data may be anonymized (by removing personally identifiable information) and used to train or fine-tune internal AI systems to improve service performance. This consent is obtained via a clear action (e.g., a checkbox or terms acceptance during onboarding). Clients are responsible for ensuring they have obtained necessary consents from their leads or customers for such processing. No additional authorizations beyond this agreement are required.
5. Security Practices
We use strong technical and organizational measures to protect client data, including: Encrypted data storage and transmission. Secure access controls and authentication. Third-party cloud platforms compliant with global data security standards (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
We conduct periodic security audits to ensure ongoing protection. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected clients within 72 hours, as required by applicable laws.
6. Retention & Deletion
We retain client data for up to 12 months after service completion, or as legally required or as per Client/business requirement. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact@veluxeai.com, and we will securely wipe the data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
