This consent is obtained via a clear action (e.g., a checkbox or terms acceptance during onboarding). Clients are responsible for ensuring they have obtained necessary consents from their leads or customers for such processing. No additional authorizations beyond this agreement are required.

5. Security Practices
We use strong technical and organizational measures to protect client data, including: Encrypted data storage and transmission. Secure access controls and authentication. Third-party cloud platforms compliant with global data security standards (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
We conduct periodic security audits to ensure ongoing protection. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected clients within 72 hours, as required by applicable laws.

6. Retention & Deletion
We retain client data for up to 12 months after service completion, or as legally required or as per Client/business requirement.
